I had the same problem with my Mitsubishi WS55613. I found this forum and the link. Just follow the instruction. The Chris guy did a fantastic job and he helped so many others including me to fix the TV. I saved at least $900. Blinking continuously suggest a problem with your DIGITAL MODULATOR. The CAPACITORS burnt. You can tell by feeling the ends of the capacitors (four battery look a like). They should be flat but the bottoms feel bulging up then they are bad. You must change all. Mitsubishi uses 1000uf 16V on mine and it doesn't hurt to use 25v or 35v. They are just bigger and might not have enough space but you can leave the wire long. I removed the case that hold the digital modulator and it works fine. Here is the link. Just click on the "BLINKING TV FIX DOCUMENT" to download the zip file then just get the part no. for your capacitors @ Radioshack for way cheaper price. http://www.chrisandnat.com/Projects/BlinkingTV/blink.htm download directly here: http://www.chrisandnat.com/Projects/BlinkingTV/BlinkingTV.zip
