I assume you mean the brake master cylinder. I am doing the clutch master cylinder on mine. All the rebuilds I have done of these hydrolic cylinders are as follows:
Get the kit from an auto parts store. You can also buy the cylinder rebuilt for about four times as much.
Figure out how to remove and disassemble your current cyl. PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE ORDER AND ORIENTATION OF THE PARTS AS THEY COME OUT,, SOMETIMES UNDER SPRING PRESSURE.
Clean the cylinder and all it's ports with brake fluid and a clean rag.
Pour some brake fluid into the cylinder to lubricate the sides and ease reassembly. This will also facilitate the squirting-yourself-in-the-eye phase of reassembly.
Put the new parts in as the old ones came out.
Install your good-as-new master cylinder.
Fill and bleed the system. This last step is easier with a friend to help. Preferably some one who knows more about this process than you or I.
