How do you replace 1992 front brakes on a Honda Accord 1992?

Answer:
It's actually a lot more work than a typical brake job, especially if your car still has the 12 point bolts on the back of the knuckle.

In the case that it still has those bolts, un torque the steak nut on the axle, you must pop upper and lower ball joints as well as the tie rod. (if you can somehow get to those bolts on the back of the hub and loosen them you maybe able to get away with not popping all the ball joints)

A puller is sometimes now used, although I've never had a need for it because I've had to completely dissasemble the knuckle.

The hub and rotor are now still bolted together, usually these bolts are so freakin siezed into the rotor you'll need to use a good penetrating oil and some patience... I've done the brakes on two of these cars now and the one time I ended up drilling 6 of the 8 bolts out just to get it apart...

This brake job typically takes a good hour or two longer than a regular brake job, because the fasteners are usually really an issue...(possibly longer)

Honda has since stopped using the 12 point bolt head because they're junk after they get a little rust on them. I would strongly recommend forking over the money for the good 6 point bolts...

It's not the greatest design to work on, but these brakes and hubs tend to last a LONG LONG time, I assume it's because of the design...
