The bcm is attached to the fuse box. You will have to remove the dash by taking out the screws around the radio and on the left side of the dash. You'll have to remove the dash silencer (above the driver's legs) as well. Unplug everything from the fuse box, then remove the three screws holding the fuse box in place. Pull the fuse box straight down to remove it. Unplug the bcm from the fuse box and remove the screws holding them together. Now you've got your part number and can look for a new bcm. (I had a hard time figuring out how to do this when the gauges in my '99 Sebring convertible quit working. It's pretty easy to remove and saves a lot of money when you don't have to take your car to a dealer. Good luck!)
