Remove the trim cover in the shape like a triangle on inside of door. pull foam in the door cavity you will see 3 10mm nuts use off set 10mm wrench remove nuts. if mirrors are electric after you unplug try to tie door side of plug up it will fall in I have big hands had to pull door panel it was a pain. then just do every thing in reverse.
