There is a tension bolt on the alternator (point up), but that does nothing unless you loosen the bolt just below it (points to passenger side) and the larger one that it pivots on at the other end of the alternator (points to passenger side). Once all three are loose you can back out the tension bolt by hand and replace the belt. Very easy, 20 minutes max. WD40 may be of some help on the bolts to get them started.
Before starting make sure you check tension on belt so you can tension new belt correctly.
