Can you show me pictures on a dodge neon 1998 on how to remove and replace a front axle.
It's simpler then it looks. Remove the wheel then the brake drum, with a flat head screw driver remove the dust cover. you will need a large socket to remove the nut. I bought one at Auto Zone I beliieve it was a 36MM but the package says earley Chrysler Front hub nut socket (same nut for the rear) after removing the nut the hub and bearing asy will slide off. When putting on the new hub make sure you grease it with bearing grease
Engine? bad serpentine belt? bad bearing in a belt driven accessory i.e. alternator, a/c compressor. idler pulley? belt tensioner? etc. Drive train? front pads need replacement? bad wheel bearing? cv joint?

Beat the old ones out with a hammer, push the new ones in the same way as far as you can, then zip them in all the way with the lug and an impact.
