Go to a Ford Dealer. Politely ask the Parts or Service Manager, if you could have a printout of the Dashboard Detail. Detail will include wiring harnesses, bulb locations and other details of replaceable parts. If the year of the car is too old, ask them where you can acquire an old schematic. Wiring details and dashboard details will show you the parts complexities, from there you will probably need a mechanic to assist you. In the alternative go to a junkyard look at a comparable year model Ford dashboard assembly and you will see where all the nuts, bolts, etc are to remove the covering to replace light bulbs.
