Assuming that the splash covers were removed:
First locate the tensioner pulley on the engine. It is a smooth pulley (no grooves) located between the A/C pulley and the P/S pulley. The tensioner pulley will require a 13mm socket to adjust. To move the pulley, switch the wrench to its position used to tighten. Place the socket over the bolt and turn it. This will move the pulley and loosen the belt enough to remove the old one. From there it is just a matter of installing a new belt following the routing diagram. This will be a little harder to do if the belt is not present.

Remove serpentine belt. Unbolt old pulley. Install new one & serpentine belt.
