find the tensioner pulley to release the belt. there should be two bolts on the top (one in front, one in rear) and one on the bottom rear ( this one is very tricky to get to).

the alternator is located on the upper left hand side of the engine.
just follow the belt and you will find it located at the top.that is where mine is.
