The fuel filter is inside the gas tank. Very dificult to remove and replace.do you remove gas tank
Somone needs to answer this.
It is obvious you have a gas leak.
Remember to reduce the size of the Jack to it's smallest dimensions before trying to fit it back in the holder. : )
