Glass shops have precut mirrors that they can order. They usually run about $10.00. Scrape the old mirror off the plastic with a sharp chisel or razor knife. Scrape off any excess adhesive. You can glue the new mirror in with clear silicone but be sure to tape it on so the silicone has time to cure. Leave it overnight and pull the tape off.
