Try going to start then run and type in sfc \scannow
You have to have the space this will repair all protected windows files. Insert any discs in need and the see if it's repaired. If that doesn't work then try going into C:/Windows/i386 and do a search for a replacment file. I hope this helps

That is not really a true statement; any operating system is capable of being infected by viruses,worms, etc. Windows has a much larger base, and is therefore more of a target than Unix.
I believe you are referring to "sfc /scannow".

That depends on what and who the system is for. Professional and Ultimate are suitable for power users and smaller businesses. Windows 7 Enterprise is suitable for larger businesses.
