WHY DO YOU WANT TO REPORT THEM? I WOULDNT UNLESS THEY ARE HURTING OTHER PEOPLE BY DOING IT. ITS HARD FOR SOME PEOPLE TO SUPPRT THEIR FAMILIES, LET THE LAW TAKE CARE OF IT. YOU COULD BE HURTING SOMEONE THATS GOING THRU A HARD TIME. THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU ACT AND SEE IF IT JUST PERSONAL OR THERES SOMETHING BAD GOING ON AND YOU REALLY THINK IT WILL MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE.
Look under the table cloth: Check their current employment record.
To report someone working under the table to avoid paying child support is to tell your attorney if you are the person that the child support is supposed to be paid to. You may even need to file a motion for contempt of court.
I have to ask what is he/her doing under there? Apparently you don't like it. I would just "accidently" kick them in the head and be done with it.
No that's why they call it dealing under the table. Or out of sight.
Jesus
By working for pennies a day, under the table.
By putting it under the table, the person receiving doesn't have to let anyone know they made any money from the person they're working for. The IRS is the #1 reason. If someone is paid directly, they will have to claim that prophet on their taxes. If they are paid under the table, the IRS will never know (hopefully).
You have to be 15, unless working "under the table".
We have a situation at our company right now that an employee who has been out for over a year receiving work comp payments and is working under the table jobs and for another company. We were notified of this information by an anonimous caller. If you know of someone doing this I would recommend you call the company they are receiving work comp checks from. You can even send a letter. It is very likely that the company is having it investigated but has no ideas on where to start or even look to see if the person claiming is scamming. You can stay anonimous and still give details of where the person was witnessed working etc... I know we are truly grateful for our anonimous caller.
They should be able to as they both are agencies of the state.
If you have reliable evidence, you can contact the atorney general of the State you live in.
Report your earnings with a 1099. You can say you are a contractor, which is a generic term. You will owe taxes, though.
