How do you reprogram your 2003 Honda CR-V keyless remote?

Answer:
Hello, Its quite easy - Just follow these simple steps.

If you have Multiple remotes all need to be programmed within this programming cycle, as when you reprogram your Keyless entry it deletes the old codes. So lets say you had two(2) remotes, One of them broke the other still worked fine you still need to reprogram the old one that still worked as it deletes the coding off the system. If you do have multiple remotes, once you finish step six(6) just recomplete from step three(3) through to step six(6) with the other remote(s)

Please Note: Step three needs to be done 3 separate times and within 5 seconds each time, so I will type it this way so its not confusing. If you don't complete the step within 5 seconds it doesnt recognise you are Programming a new remote.

1) Enter Car and Close all doors

2) Insert Key Into the Ignition

3) Turn Ignition to the "ON" Position
Press the Lock Symbol on your remote
Turn Ignition to the "OFF" Position

Turn Ignition to the "ON" Position
Press the Lock Symbol on your remote
Turn Ignition to the "OFF" Position

Turn Ignition to the "ON" Position
Press the Lock Symbol on your remote
Turn Ignition to the "OFF" Position

4) Turn the Ignition Switch to the "ON" position for the fourth time

5) Press the "LOCK" symbol on your keyless remote - At this stage you will hear your door locks cycle indicating the system has entered programming mode.

6) Press the "LOCK" symbol one last time and that remote is programmed.

As I mentioned if there is more than one(1) remote, just recomplete steps 3 through to 6.
