Make sure you do this in safe mode
To reset Trend Micro password, Open Registry - go to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\TrendMicro\PC-cillinNTCorp\CurrentVersion\Misc
Change the value of "AllowUninstall" to 1
Try uninstall again - It should no t ask for password, just uninstall.
Solution found by a guy who calls himself vinger, after alot of trail and error.
