Added: I do not believe the first sentence of the above answer is correct.
The VSC (Variable Skid Control) is NOT a component of the engine and under normal circumstances a fault within one would NOT trigger a fault indication in the other.
However, the answer IS correct that the problem will have to be diagnosed, repaired, and the system re-set, by a mechanic or shop.
