You could try going to an auto parts shop and ask if some one could do it for you, by plugging a code reader into the OBD II port. Or one trick is disconnecting the negative battery terminal to the battery for about 10 mins. then reconnect it then it should be off.. But I recommend going to the parts store and find someone nice enough to do it for you so you can know what the code is and don't loose saved info in your radio
