Had the same question on my 2007 Lacrosse. Look in your operator's manual. They give a good explanation of what steps you must take. My procedure starts on page 414 of my manual. You MUST do the wheels in the correct sequence; first the drivers front tire, then the passenger front tire, then the passenger right rear tire, then the drivers left rear - then you are done! AND, once you start the procedure (doing the tires in sequence) you are given two minutes to do each tire. You have that two minutes to do the first tire, then you go to the next...and you have two minutes to do that one, etc. Once the procedure is started, you just press on until all are finished.
You will be letting air OUT of each tire (not flat, however); so, be at a service station where you are parked by an air supply to pump them all back up to the correct pressure, when finished. It really isn't a big deal. Just follow your book instructions.

You didn't mention the year of the Buick but, look in the glove compartment for the oil life reset switch.
