It may be a button to push or a screw to take out of one place on the back of the instrument cluster and screw it into another place on the back of the instrument cluster. Izuzu was real big on doing that back in the day.
it resets every time you turn your car on. i have a 01 eclipse and the dealer told me that.

Disconnect the battery for 2 minutes. Reconnect and it should be good to go.
most of the time the indicator lights can be reset by disconnecting the positive battery terminal for 10-20 seconds before reconnecting it.
