I would say the easiest least complicated way to do that on any car would be to cut the power to it completely. Pulling a specific fuse might do the trick, but if you want to be completely sure remove the car's battery. (Not just a few seconds either; keep it disconnected for a while). Now doing it specifically from the radio, I'm not sure, read your manual, or find one online. *Google it!*
