First you need a roasting pan or deep dish pan . Salt and pepper the skin rub a teaspoon of butter onthe outside. Cut up some lemons (MAKE SURE TO TAKE ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE INSIDE THE BIRD) stuff them inside the cavity of the chicken along with whole garlic cloves and some rosemary if you like 20 min per pound at 350 f you are set!!
