It's one word: "gignoskis" (γιγνώσκεις), because YOU is shown through the word ending.

but it's not pronounced with a G... it's a softer sound.. something like the Y in YES (this is only true in modern Greek pronunciation; to the ancient Greeks it had a "g")

Depends what you mean by it; if it's just an interjection, you know, the word you want is τοι ("toi")
