If you mean "good day" literally, as in "I had a good day", you can say "Yawm jayyid" (يوم جيد) or more commonly, "Yawm jamil" (يوم جميل).
If you mean "good day" as a formal greeting, you can say "Salaam 3alaykum" (سلام عليكم) (Peace be with you) or depending on the time of day, you can say Sabaah al-khair (صباح الخير) (Good Morning) or Masaa al-khair (مساء الخير) (Good Evening).
