well,unless you have small animals, keep the owl around, they eat skunks, mice, and any other bothersome creatures.but if you do, then put a wooden owl on your roof or in the tree. make loud noises but dont shoot it. it's legally protected. if you do shoot it, you could get in trouble

∙ 11y agoI suggest buying some fake foxes and wolves and putting them by where your dogs often are. This may sound strange, but but juicy fruit gum where your dogs are (out of reach and rapped to keep your dogs and ants from eating it). This will scare away the owl's prey (they hate the scent of it). You can also use fox urine. Find it at garden stores. If there is no other prey in your yard, the owl will leave. Finding the nest and putting an old glove in it may help too, as owls don't like the scent of humans.
