Point an airsoft gun at his face, get makeup and make yourself look scary inthen wake him up in the middle of the night. If he is younger Run at him with your fist like your going to hit him, if he is older find his weaknesses end use it against him. For instance if he is scared of ghost tell him about a ghost you saw in your house. Or look it up on YouTube

∙ 14y agoLOL. Well first off if they are still refering to it as a "sleepover", I am assuming they are still rather young. Well, before they come over, you could set up a prank. Involve your parents. They will really know what kinda prank would be funny. For example. My step father is a state trooper. If I wanted to scare a friend, I would accuse him of something terrible, tell my mom (while he is watching) and have her call the "police" (step dads cell phone). Have him come over, "arrest" him and sit him in the car. Lol just an example.

You could do something to scare someone, but the only one to 'enjoy' it would be you. Scaring and pranks are grasps to feel power by perpetrator. That means that you don't care how they feel and that you want to do it for a feeling of your own. 'Scaring' makes the target uncomfortable, annoyed, and sometimes angry. Is that how a friend wants a friend to feel? Check your motives for wanting to do this or stop calling this person your friend. They may be a friend to you, but you're not a friend to them.
