You should have a 10 digit number which includes the area code. Drop the first digit which is always a 0 and add in +61 at the front

If you are dialing from a normal fax machine, the syntax should be like this:
0061387644937 for example

00 = international outbound calling code
61 = Australia country code
3 = Victoria area code ( note: you have drop the 0 here)

87644937 = the fax destination number.

If you are faxing using www.flexifax.com.my - the syntax should be
+61387644937@send.flexifax.com.my
