To change the time your receiver updates its software go to menu, preferences, and then updates. If you want to change your inactivity standby mode go to menu, preferences and then inactivity standby.

In order to put your DISH Network remote back into "TV Mode," you will simply need to press the clear colored button in the upper left corner of the remote that is labeled, "TV." The button will temporarily light up red & then turn off, after the light goes out you will then have successfully put the remote into TV mode.
I just found a remote code for my TCL L40FHDM11 tv: 651. It works, but I still have to use the remote that came with the tv to turn it on & off and for volume.
