Push the lower left hand button to get to the compass
Once on the compass setting, press and hold the lower right hand button until the four diagnoal points start spinning.
Once they are spinning, place the watch on a flat surface and spin in the direction of the arrows until the diagnoal points stop flashing and display a bearing.
