Answer:

Press 'A' to get into setup mode. Use the 'B' button to select the number of days until Christmas:
- If it's November, the formula is (30 - date) + 24
- If it's December, the formula is (date - 24)
Next you need to select the *current* time, in 24-hour format Press A to get to each field, then use the B to set it properly.
When all is correct, press 'C'. The time will change from the "current" time to the "time left to get to the next day", which, when added to the big days number, is the time left until 12:00AM Dec 25.
