Took some time to work out, depress the plus button, keeping it depressed, push the minus button, the time separator should flash.Release the two buttons and then press plus or minus to get the desired time!

∙ 9y agoPush the "COOK PERIOD and STOP TIME buttons together, then set the time of day, using the +/- button, then press RESET button. The display will go blank for 2 seconds, then the time will be displayed
