I've had two Pioneer CD players and they both were set the same way. Turn it off then press and hold the Function button if it has one. Then keep pressing it until it gets to the clock. I think on mine the hour starts flashing. When your done just turn it back on. I had this problem too. In the far right corner is the "F" (Function) button. Turn the stereo off and hold the "F" button until the clock comes on. The hour will be blinking. Use the up and down "Select" keys to set that. Then use the right "Select" key to switch to the minutes. Use the up and down keys to set the minutes. Push the "F" button when you're done. My stereo is older than yours but this is what someone who has one like yours told me to try and it worked.
Clock removal is relatively straight forward. I have a removal instructions .pdf on a website, please check my bio for details.
how do you set your clock on a pioneer deh-1900mp car radio
Typically the Orange wire is for Memory Preset/Clock (constant power +12V)

No, there does not appear to be such a product. It would appear that Pioneer specialized more in car radios than in home radios. Consider buying a RCA alarm clock.
you press the settings tab
with radio on hold clock button and push memory buttons 1&2
Press function button to display clock and change using arrows
Hold func button
With most recent Pioneer models (i.e. last 10 years or so) you need to have the unit powered off, then hold the 'A' button for around 3 seconds, and the clock should come on with the hours flashing.
if it has the button function on it turn the headunit off and hold down function there should be a few options including the clock
