Default time zone is Pacific, zones cycle eastward (Mountain, Central, Eastern . . . Pacific)
Press and hold the REC button for 3 seconds
All hands should revert back to the 12 position
The clock will begin searching for the radio signal to update the time. It will do this for about 5 to 15 minutes. If it does not update the time (and reverts back to the previous time), then reception has failed. Despite this, the clock will continue to look for the radio signal on its own.
Make certain there are not factors which hamper the signal reception. Electronic devices such as computers, TVs, fluorescent lighting, microwaves, etc can hamper signal reception. Note also that the radio signal is coming from Colorado (unless you are overseas). Try placing the clock in a window facing the direction of Colorado. Also note that radio signals are strongest at night. Allow the clock 24 hours or so to latch onto the signal.
Time will not update automatically during "Fall Back" time of year?

I can't find my manual do you change the clock battery first or the transmitter? I think it's the clock but can't remember
When your atomic clock loses an hour especially during a time change there may be two different causes. First the batteries must be fresh. Next there may obstruction between you and the broadcast transmitter in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Put the clock in the window that faces Colorado for a day after changing the batteries.
It uses diamond atom as probe to scan the surface contours of biological specimens.
press scan + clock and adjust the minutes/hours Use the radio preset station buttons, look under the last few numbers, you'll see a small black H for hours, a small black M for Minutes. The clock button is up above or right next to them depending on the model.
The clock on a 2004 Civic can be set using the preset buttons. Hold down the scan button on the radio and it will allow the clock to be adjusted.
Press and hold the set button until the clock appears, then adjust the time using the scan buttons.
You should not need to as it will attempt to set itself automatically from the WWVB radio signal transmitted by NIST in Colorado. Most clocks of this type won't let you set them manually, but this one will.In case the atomic clock is not able to detect the WWVB radio signal (disturbances, transmitting distance, etc.), the time can be manually set. The clock will then work as a normal Quartz clock. The hour digits will start flashing on LCD1.Set the desired hours by pressing and releasing the + key followed by pressing the SET key.Now the minute digits will start flashing.Set the desired minutes by pressing and releasing the + key. If the + key is held, the units will increase by 5.Press and release the SET key to move to the "Year Setting".
Depending on the model you may have a scan port located under the dash. Older models use a jumper wire under the dash, then read the light flashes on the dash lights. The year model is needed to determine how ho scan the particular model.
