Homebrew Channel and Mario Kart Wii are very different matters. There's plenty of videos on YouTube about it, but I'll give you a quick run-through.
NOTE: If your Wii System menu is version 4.4 or higher, you cannot get Homebrew Channel: End of story.
If your Wii is version 4.3, you can use Super Smash Bros Brawl Smash Stack in order to obtain Homebrew Channel (this is how I did it). This method works for USA Europe and Japanese Wiis, not Korean.
There are other ways to get the HBC with lower versions, which I don't know so you could search up on youtube.
Okay, Mario Kart Hacking:
When you have Hombrew Channel and Browser set up, you need to download Ocarina or Gecko (I use Ocarina) onto your HBC.
Download code manager onto your PC and must have SD Card NOT SDHC card. Transfer codes from your computer to your wii.
Watch tutorials on how to do it, they'll be better than me. :)
On your PC (or Mac), go to www.wiibrew.org and click on "Homebrew Setup." Read the instructions there. Wiibrew is the official wiki for the Homebrew Channel.

You can use one channel for a dual woofer setup.
A 4 channel will work for your door speakers. But the idea setup would be a 5 channel 4 for your doors. Then have 1 channel for a sub.
the setup is like super Mario 64 but no it was from Sony PlayStation
Just check out the videos on this channel @channelgrowthhack It will help you to get maximum subscribers and its awesome to have them.
In-Band Signaling (IBS)
Welll it depends on what sort of network you want to setup a home network or SOHO but which ever you setup you have to implement basic things like security, channel band and SSID
No. EST bindings will work only with channel boards and nothing else. Conventional bindings will work with channel boards but you need to buy a special disc that will allow you to use the traditional bindings on channel boards.
No initialy you cannot setup any model of the "Zune Mp3 Player" without the "Zune Software". But after you setup the Zune INITALY you can find various hacks (depending on the model of your Zune) that will allow other software such as "Itunes" or "Windows Media Player" to be able to sync with the Zune. But i do not personaly recommend this because you cannot arrange your music properly, such as you cannot add a playlist to it.
It didn't "copy" levels, it only used a similar "spherical Planet" setup.
