Lay down on your back on your bed. It is a lot easier to shave your testicles/scrotum when you are laying down compared with trying to do it standing up.
Use a double edge razor.
Use a new razor, and shaving cream if you want to, but if you do inot have to use shaving cream all the time you can shave your scrotum regularly this way.
Be sure to gently pull the skin taunt while shaving the area.
.....i rub them gently to produce blood flow in the area and then i grab my razor place in an alcoholic bevarage and then i place my balls into a cold area so they become small and then i shave them downward and upward until they are fresh and clean
