You can't shrink a preshrunk shirt very much. You can try running the shirt through extremely hot water in the washer and then a hot dryer. You can also iron it with a hot iron.
you can wash it with warm water...then dry it for an hour(tumble dry)
and dry it again for 30 minutes before you actually wear it.

You can not get it to shrink. If you wash somthing and you dont want it to shrink by putting it in a dryer then just hang it up some where and let it dry.
