im sure someone in the world knows how. but i can offer an alternative. instead of taking fabric off of the shirt, you could try adding fabric to make the neckhole smaller. i dont know how it will look on the shirt you want to shrink. but im sure you have seen those t shirts that look like they have another shirt underneath but really it is just extra fabric extending the sleeves. the same method can be applied to the neckhole or any fabric hole in general. Shrinking the neck slightly can also be done by ironing the neck using steam IF the fabric allows for ironing. Simply check the label to insure it won't damage the fabric.
If the suit jacket is made of wool or cotton, you can shrink it by putting it through a very hot wash cycle or by putting it in the dryer. If it is made of polyester, the best thing to do is have a dressmaker alter the size because polyester doesn't shrink in the wash or dryer.
Wash the t-shirt in hot water followed by a tumble in a high temp dryer cycle.
NO WAY! Hayley even has a tshirt that says "Kiss Me, I Don't Smoke..."

Shrink - 2003 was released on: USA: October 2003
The t-shirt is made by a company called Primp. That particular shirt may be discontinued but there are plenty of cute prints to choose from. There is no information on exactly where Kate Gosselin bought her Primp tshirt with the strawberry print.
you can get your customised corporate tshirt, promotional tshirt , customised sports tshirt, school uniform tshirts in "CHENNAI TSHIRTS" or call 9884344347. your search for customised tshirt ends here.
I'd get the medium. You can always take it in, but you can't make it bigger! (And depending on the percentage of cotton, it may shrink.) A larger shirt can also be worn over another shirt if need be.
I don't think so. It involves copyright issues. You can print something more common on your tshirt, for example, natural scenery. That is to say, you can not put something related to names or personal images on your tshirt.
Yes, because the original name for a long sleeve shirt was a long sleeve tshirt, which make it a sub category of the overall tshirt category. Similar to a square is a rectangle but a rectangle is not a square

well you can google make your own tshirt and make one yourself.
Do a google image shirt of "tshirt" and find an image of blank tshirt. Then use photshop or illustrator to add pictures/text as a template. You can find iron-on pages at many stores such as WalMart or Target that will feed through your printer and you can iron them onto a tshirt
