fit a socket to the nut on the tensioner and turn it anti clock wise.slip the drive belt of. put the new belt in place . turn the nut anticlock wise an d fit new belt
Are you talking about the electric engine fan belt?
Or the poly v-belt on the engine that drives all the componants?
Well you cant replace the engine electric fan belt so I'm guessing your talking...
If this is the serpentine belt(?)...I THINK it can be easiestly changed by simply 'turning the belt into a figure-8 'prior' to placing over the fan then either stretch over the 'loosened' alternator...
