There's different things that can be done, long term results or short term results, increasing the education, and more importantly college opportunities makes the new generation of children have better chances not to live in poverty conditions, that way there's plenty of opportunities, but that's a long term results plan, that would take decades maybe to see the results.

Short term would be creating jobs that require manual work by humans, like in the 1930's, eliminating technology in some companies would require more people to do the job, the problem is that we can't stop technology from developing, and most of the factories today are in China because they are going through an industrial era like we did in 1930's or in India because people get paid 5 bucks a day, which isn't bad in India. Here you get paid like 7 bucks an hour and must have all kinds of insurance, that's not a good deal for factories, so if you don't have a college degree, go to India because no joke, there plenty of jobs over there.

There's many things that can be done, but the best way is to encourage our people to get college degrees, here in America we all have the chance to get one.
