It is only a 2 x 3 sliding puzzle. If you slide one row and then one column, repeatedly, it will solve itself. But you can reverse the order as follows :

The scrambled picture - a six-panel image of Toucan Sam is scrambled by the game, and you have to restore the original appearance. The easiest way is by reversing the moves that scramble it. The order of moves is : 1) top row left 2) bottom row right 3) left column up 4) middle column down 5) top row left 6) bottom row right. (reset if it gets muddled)
