Strategies for solving unemployment include cutting back on outsourcing, the generation of new positions by both governmental and non-governmental agencies, or filling positions that are vacated by those who retire or quit with new employees. Unfortunately because many companies do not have the money to hire new employees or create new positions, unemployment is not an easy thing to solve.
Answer 2Despite that this will prove a highly controversial answer, the truth must be available somewhere to those who really do want to know the real answers!!
There are quite a number of factors overall, and the previous answer certainly addresses a couple of them.
However, by far the main and simplest answer (though the hardest at this stage to impliment) is the 'upshot' of the activities undertaken by the feminist and gay movements!
Though the problem is now being exacerbated by gay movements, fundamentally, it began more seriously with women's "liberation" and the [so-called] "ideals" of feminists, who wanted to send all women, or as many as possible, out to the workforce - so that the economies - particularly Western - would, effectively, have to come up with almost twice as many jobs if they were to keep men and women in full-time employ!! As subsequent 'progressive' governments forced this issue, and passed "women's affirmative"-type legislation, an overabundance of available labour in the markets caused that it was easy for employers to employ women and progressively lower paychecks in real terms if people wanted jobs!!
In addition to that, the problems of providing jobs was compounded by the fact that the mothers and potential mothers, now going out to work and building careers, stopped having children!
But children provide work for adults!!!
So you can only just imagine what overall effects on job provision [or elimination] these two impending factors have created in the world's economies over some decades now!!!
If one cares to compare the unemployment, price-inflation, productivity and various other factors of the 1950's and early 1960's with subsequent decades, it is not too hard to see that, indeed, the change in figures gels, pre-feminist to feminist periods of earthly operation.
No one can stop unemployment. There will ALWAYS be workers between jobs - ready to work but not employed this week.
Economists generally call 4-5% unemployment "full employment", since they assume a flow of workers intoi the workforce and not yet hired, but hired next week, or fired/quit this week and hired next week.
Only in an economy in which workers cannot quit or change jobs could unempoloyment be close to zero.
(1) Get a good general education! The world of employment keeps changing, jobs keep changing, and you need to be prepared to react to that. (2) Get specific education and training in a field where unemployment is likely to be low. It can be hard to predict that far into the future, but the healthcare field looks like a good bet right now.
In order to stop receiving unemployment benefits after getting a gainful employment, the State Office of Unemployment must be notified and the date when the employment has started must be provided. Individuals can also stop claiming the benefits and will be automatically taken of the benefit.
If you're financially able to, by creating job opportunities. Helping local government with developing retraining and skills courses. If you think you have a skill that you could teach at local adult education facility, that would be a nice way to help. Even the smallest things help! You can also buy local and avoid buying from supermarkets buy from corner shops etc
A single business is not large enough to actually reduce unemployment. However, if a large number of companies with cooperation with government polices lead to economic growth, this will create jobs and reduce the levels of unemployment.
To prevent unemployment, jobs could be created to give the jobless a bigger chance into getting a job.

We could make new jobs, and give New Business few grand to start off. Its up to the government though
Unemployment can never be stopped, there will always be some people who either do not want to work or are in between jobs. The definition of full employment is when there are 3% unemployed
Tha state controls unemployment, not employers.

Yes, if they have cause, the issuer of the unemployment check may stop or cancel checks.
Don't do it, if you end up with only one day a week and you quit unemployment will stop your benefit because you quit. Unemployment considers it acceptable work.

You notify the unemployment commission, stop collecting benefits (unemployment is not an entitlement, it is something you receive as a benefit to help you get through a period when you are unemployed by no fault of your own), and move happily into your new position of employment.
