How do you sound like a chicken?

Answer:
Very carefully.

Chickens make many sounds. It is all communication. They cluck softly when content, chatter excitedly when disturbed. They squalk after laying an egg and they can even hum/rumble (almost a purring sound) when sleepy.

Chicken "impressions" normally center on the "cluck cluck" sound (onomatopoeia), but the sound is actually closer to "buck buck".
