hmm this is difficult, you need to be nice about. it you could be kind and but them shampoo, deoderant and stuff and come in and say 'wow theres sale on and such and such a place buy one get one free, you can have this one' and offer them a beauty day. or if its a danger to the public you need to tell them but never drop mean hints it could uppset them and its cruel.
