jump and then land on your knee or pivot and then fall over while still twisting. you could bend your leg plant your foot firmly on the round the hit your knee from the front or the side with something hard. you could just do something minor where it hurts slightly like strain it and then pretend you cant walk on it and you will get crutches. if you do get a sprain you will want to treat it with r.i.c.e rest, ice, compression and elevation. you could break it by hitting it with a sledge hammer . you could fake it by
1.you go to a room in the house where there is no one there (make sure someone is on the house where they can here what you do)
2. hit the wall and then lie on the ground and call someone in
3.tell them you fell over and that you have hurt your knee so bad that you need crutches because you cant walk
i hope i helped Jess
When I was 8 I feel off the fire men's pole at school. I landed right on my knee. I put full pressure on it. The moment my knee hit the ground it swelled up and I got bad Pins and needles. But it didn't hurt that much. I got a plaster cast and crutches for 7 weeks and luckily that had my favourite colour in the delight Blue! Anyways if you want to brake your knee jump off something and land with full pressure on it.
A knee sprain simply means that one of the knee ligaments has been overstretched and that some or all of the fibres have been damaged.
There are 3 grades of knee sprains:
Grade 1 - a few fibres (less than 10%) are damaged/torn. Usually heals naturally
Grade 2 - more fibres are torn but the ligament is still intact.
Grade 3 - the ligament is ruptured - completely torn. May require surgery
The most common symptoms of a sprained knee are pain, swelling and bruising. With more severe injuries, there may also be some instability around the knee causing it to give way. Symptoms may develop immediately after an injury, but sometimes they don't appear until a couple of days later.

As weird as it sounds you can actually sprain your knee!
Sorry, but your head, as in your skull, isn't a joint. You can only sprain joints, [i.e. Knee, Hip, ankle]
Injury to a joint
Possibly You should see a doctor

This depends on how you fall. If you scratch or cut your knee, you will most likely bleed. If you bang your knee, then you will most likely get a bruise. If you bend or twist your knee in an unnatural way, then you could break, sprain, fracture, of rupture the ligaments or bone that makes up your knee.
Pain behind the knee is usually caused by 1) Bakers Cyst: inflammation of the bursa (fluid filled sac) behind the knee 2) Cartilage tear 3) Arthritis 4) A hamstring injury 5) A knee sprain
Wrenched means to twist and sprain something, for example you would probably hear someone use the word, when referring to an injury to the knee.
You have ligaments all over your body. They hold your bones together. They are very strong but flexible. Joints are where you can bend, elbow, knuckle, knee, wrist etc. There are usually larger bones meeting at this point which generally has a lot of smaller bones in it. The easist one to see is the patella, or kneecap. This is a small bone that covers and protects the knee joint. Ligments keep this from falling apart. If you were to damage your knee badky you might be able to slide your kneecap all the way off of the knee! If you tear one, it is very painful and usually needs to be reattached surgically. The joint won't function properly without it. You can either tear the end off of the bone or snap the ligament in the middle. Think of the cables holding up a bridge, they could just come off the bridge or they could break in the middle. Either way it is a catastrophy. Hope this helps! A sprain
Yes. While he was playing basketball with other celebrities in Santa Monica he fell and sprained his knee. He had to undergo surgery because of a bad sprain. He had a brace on his leg from the top of his ankle to the top of his thigh. He was on crutches. If he had to have a surgery on his knee he must have been on crutches for a month.
Technically you can not sprain your pelvis it's self. You can sprain your hip however, this is because a sprain is located in a joint.
