If you want to sprain your wrist take it from someone who has sprained their wrist like me. Get someone who can throw a softball REALLY hard and stand kind of close to them. Catch the ball and because of the force your wrist will bend back and it will cause a sprain. But my wrist really hurt when I sprained it so my advice is not to try to sprain your wrist on purpose.
Well there are many methods that you can choose to preform. The first one is fairly easy. You just have to simply angle your wrist straight down in a 45 degree angle. Take a second and practice this, as precision is important. Now that you have your hand in that position you are officialy a giant p*ssy. You are a p*ssy because you are faking an injury, and you are angling your wrist like a gay person. Hahaha Jokes on you.
WikiAnswers and Answers dot com do not give 'advice' about how a person can deliberately hurt themselves.
