Almost all farmers are grown into the business. it would require at least 50 thousand dollars you need well breed pigs a client who would buy them from you,a location to by feed, a enclosed shelter about 30ft by 40ft at least, you need pens, tools to clean up, a way to transport them to your client if he does not pick them up, another smaller open area mainly all grass and outside, gates, troughs, experience on pigs, and a place to store or dispose of their poop. its not an easy thing to do and i would never recommend trying to start one until you had at least 4 years of experience of working on a pig farm
