If you don't own a steam cleaner most Hardware stores or large grocery outlets rent them along with their shampoos. It isn't costly and you can do it yourself. When doing a mattress realize that you are going to have to give it 24 hours to dry if you are in winter months and it will take less if your weather is hot. While you are at it steam clean carpets, mats, and get in those corners, nooks and crannies. Spray an environmentally safe pest killer in your closets and AIR OUT WELL AND BE SURE WINDOWS ARE OPEN IN THAT ROOM AND YOU ARE USING A FACE MASK. Just because it says it's environmentally safe doesn't mean it can't harm you to some degree. If you don't want to go to all this work then I suggest an exterminator comes in (I prefer this method because it gets in everywhere one might not be able too.) Look up your environmentally friendly exterminators in the phone book.
