If you don't need the file, you can delete it. If you do, you need to look through the configuration files (usually ".cfg") by opening them in notepad and removing the line that says something to the effect of "run (file name)" or "execute (file name).N.B. some of these files are nesecary for the program to run, so back up the config file just incase.
