You don't want to stop your baby from grinding her teeth. This is a natural and normal behavior for toddlers. They are creating room for the adult teeth, which are right now beginning to form in the jaws.

∙ 12y agoYou can use an ice cube and wrap it in a paper towel or there are little toys for babies that you put in the freezer and it make it cold but is big enough that the baby won't swallow it by mistake. The toys are extreamly helpful.
