The only way this crime, and I emphasize this is a crime, can continue is to keep it quiet. It is hard to prove, it is your word against theirs, just like rape used to be. Take a camera with you everywhere. Take a backup camera and then get a backup for your backup camera. It sounds like overkill but it's not. Take pictures of the faces that you are seeing more often than you should. Take pictures of the cars you are seeing multiple times in a day or hour. If you run out of memory on your cameras write down licence plate numbers and a description of the vehicle. Always keep a small notebook and workable pen with you always.

File a report to your local police. Then be prepared when they don't help you. In fact, you will more than likely see them join in the stalking. Police involvement is very common. But file a report anyway for the paper trail you need to leave.

When trying to explain to law enforcement you should not be surprised if you start to hear the word 'paranoid, drug addicted, mentally ill, ect. The foundation, the very basis for the entire crime is the slander. This part of the crime comes at the beginning and remains after it enters a new phase. They can't isolate you until they have turned your community against you. This is done with widespread slander. Not just gossip, but documented slander. In many cases a fake (but very official looking) profile complete with photos of you throughout your life will be compiled. Depending on your sex and background these will be shown to anybody that you have contact with. They can change your history very easily.

Once you have filed a complaint with your local police, if help is not forthcoming, move to the next level. Report the stalking and the police misconduct to your local Department Of Justice. I do not know...I have a forty year old stalker and I am only twelve.....

I am gonna try to take different routes to places, wear different things, or possibly cut my own hair!
